July 24 – August 04 2023 – Tsinghua University Students Visit Udayana University, Bali
Students from Tsinghua University’s Department of Mechanical Engineering are planning to visit Udayana University’s Department of Biological Conservation (UIDBC) to engage in discussions about sustainability and environmental initiatives. During their visit, they intend to explore the possibility of launching a collaborative project with Udayana University, recognizing that a single half-day meeting may not suffice for project planning.
They are open to allocating additional half-days for research activities as needed. The agenda includes visiting the Village Workshop and holding a meeting with Ms. Cherie, with the main focus being a collaboration with Udayana University on research concerning sea turtle hatching, potentially contributing to the ongoing sea turtle egg hatching project.
Moreover, the delegation hopes to organize a cultural exchange program for university students in partnership with Udayana University and the Confucius Institute, aiming to coordinate logistics such as venue availability and equipment requirements.
