30 November – 1 December 2023 – Tsinghua SEA, Bali
A delegation from the School of Public Policy and Management (SPPM) from Tsinghua University visited Indonesia from 30 November until 4 December. On 1 December the group of delegates from SPPM, included: Mr. Yin Chengzhi, Associate Dean and Associate Professor, Ms. Shi Shuting, Associate Director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, Ms. Fang Man, International Program Manager of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, and Ms. Bai Yifang, International Program Manager of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange.
The guest were greeted at the lobby by the team from TSEA and commenced directly to a tour of the island, followed by a campus tour. The visit concluded with a meeting with Israruddin, Interim Executive Director, Michael Tuori, Academic Director,, and Nimas Mega Purnamasari, Acting Operations and Marketing Director, from the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center. Presentations were given on the development plan for Kura Kura Island and an overview of the activities conducted at the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center.
Discussions on potential future collaborations betweeen SPPM and TSEA were discussed at length over lunch.
