31 May 2025 – Tsinghua SEA, Bali
The 1st International Symposium on Computational Biology with AI (iscbAI’25), organized by ISCB-China, will take place from May 30 to June 2, 2025, at the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center in Bali, Indonesia. This inaugural event will bring together global academics, researchers, and industry leaders to explore the cutting-edge convergence of artificial intelligence (AI) and biosciences, with a focus on computational biology. The symposium aims to showcase the latest advancements and future directions in the use of AI for understanding DNA, RNA, proteins, multi-omics, systems biology, and biomedical applications.
At the core of iscbAI’25 is the promotion of AI-driven innovation in biology and medicine. Discussions will cover key topics such as biomarker discovery, drug design, disease modeling, and aging research, while also addressing the role of AI policies and ethical frameworks in biosciences. Participants will gain exposure to the latest tools and technologies shaping the field, including those used in molecular modeling, omics data analysis, and personalized healthcare solutions.
The symposium also serves as a dynamic platform to foster collaboration between academic institutions and industry players, encouraging the formation of global partnerships that can accelerate the real-world application of AI in biology. By uniting thought leaders and practitioners across disciplines, iscbAI’25 seeks to bridge the gap between research and implementation, while opening doors to new research opportunities and innovation networks. Attendees will benefit from interactive discussions, strategic sessions, and networking activities aimed at building sustainable connections.
Beyond knowledge exchange, iscbAI’25 aims to shape the future of AI in bioscience by identifying emerging trends, addressing key challenges, and promoting the development of actionable strategies and policy recommendations. The event will help raise global awareness of AI’s transformative potential in the life sciences and catalyze long-term cooperation across sectors. As a landmark initiative by ISCB-China, iscbAI’25 marks a significant step toward advancing computational biology and empowering the global bioscience community through artificial intelligence.
