On 8 December 2023, TSEA was visited by a delegation of leaders from the Jiangxi Province People’s Government. The delegation arrived at 10:00 where they were greeted by directors from TSEA and departed for a tour of Kura Kura Island, including Cove, Three Mountains, Surf Surf by the Wave, and concluding at the Eco Tent where drink and traditional snacks were served and discussions were had about the development plans for the island and the activities of the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center.
